TERMS & CONDITIONS

IT IS YOUR (THE CUSTOMERS) RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE MAKING AN ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE (NIUSTUDIO.EU) OR USING ANY OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.

This service enables you to have your songs mixed, mastered, guitar and/or bass DI reamped, MIDI drums programmed, get additional production and/or receive guidance on songwriting by a professional mixing and mastering engineer and obtain downloads of the mixed & mastered songs tracks through email.

We make sure the information you provide is protected at all times. When you submit your personal and/or sensitive information through email or the website (niustudio.eu), your information is protected. This information includes all your files (audio, stems, DI signals, etc.), name, address, email address and other information you send our way.

This website consists of material (images, audio, video, appearance) that is created, owned and licensed under the NiU brand and can only be used when given consent to do so. Any unauthorized reproduction and/or use will be prosecuted to the extent of the law.

1. PAYMENTS

All payments must be made according to the provided quote before work on the order is started. Only bank transfers (as per the quotation) are accepted.

2. EXAMPLE MIXES, MASTERS, DI REAMPS AND MIDI DRUMS

On the samples page a collection of examples is provided to get a feel for the possibilities and final results that can be expected when working with NiUstudio. This does not necessarily mean that your final result will be the same. You are free to refer to these samples or other reference material, so we can provide you with the end result that you are most happy with.

3. UPLOADING MATERIAL

Instructions are provided in the order form on how to provide material to NiUstudio. The client is responsible to follow these instructions when completing the order form. When working with NiUstudio, the client will be responsible for the following:

  • The quality of the provided recorded material.

  • Correct preparation of any material sent for mixing, mastering or reamping. This also includes naming the individual tracks in a clear manner.

  • Arrangement and layout of audio tracks.

  • Ensuring that all files needed for the project are complete.

  • Ensuring all additional notes and requests are included in a detailed documentation.

  • Ensuring all spelling for the song name, artist name and other credits are correct.

  • Ensuring contact information is provided and spelled correctly.

  • Copyrights for any uploaded material.

  • Ownership and rights of all uploaded material.

All uploaded material is reviewed before the project is initiated. NiUstudio will take care of the communication on the matter before a quotation can be made. When the quotation is paid, no more changes can be made to the uploaded material unless specific requests or requirements are agreed upon beforehand.

4. ORDER DELIVERY TIME

For any of our services, the order delivery time is based on your selected package. The provided times are for individual standalone services. In case of an order consisting of multiple services the total delivery time may be shorter. All products (final products and intermediary revisions) will be sent through email in the form of a high-quality WAV file and an MP3 file.

REVISIONS

All orders are rendered on a first come, first serve basis.

All delivery times stated on our website or by e-mail are only an estimation and may be shorter or longer. In any event, the delivery time may be extended any time (with a reasonable rate) after purchase. Our goal will be to always honor the initial agreement.

5. REVISIONS

Each product package includes a set amount of revisions that come with the purchase. Two free revisions are included per package. The revisions phase is designed for minor adjustments as to what was requested in the original form.

Delivery time for revisions are 5 business days per revision (although are sometimes delivered sooner depending on the request).

Below are the details of what is and is not included in the revisions that come with the package.

WHAT IS COVERED

  • Minor adjustments in the end product that did not turn out how you envisioned them. These adjustments should always be discussed.

  • Volume changes of sections, song parts or instruments.

  • Effect adjustments like reverb, delays, modulation effects, etc.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

  • Major adjustments that were not mentioned in the original order form. Examples would be: altered or completely different song sections; requesting completely different effects.

  • Major arrangement changes.

  • Submitting of new files or any other source material.

After receiving a product from NiUstudio you’ll be informed through email of the delivery. Within 5 business days of delivery you’ll be expected to either accept the delivery as final or submit a revision request as a reply to the delivery email. After this period your order is regarded as complete and no revisions are allowed anymore (even if free revisions are unused). If you still want a new revision after the order has been completed you will need to order a new revision through a fresh order form.

It is always our goal at NiUstudio to deliver a final product that you’re fully satisfied with, so please respond on time!

6. STORAGE

After your project is completed, the material you’ve sent to us will be deleted from our systems in 6 months. After this point any exports will no longer be an available option to purchase for the specific song, unless a new agreement is reached.

7. REFUND POLICY

NiUstudio services are electronic non-tangible irrevocable goods and refunds will not be issued.

BY SUBMITTING AN ORDER ON NIUSTUDIO.EU, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS LISTED. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO ANSWER THEM FOR YOU.

UNDERSTANDING AND RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for reading and understanding the entire terms and conditions and refund policies. Customer is also responsible for overviewing the FAQ page and making sure all questions and concerns are answered before making an order on NiUstudio.eu.

By making payment, the client states they have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy. 

NiUstudio may at any time, without notice to you and in its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time and the changes are not prorated. Please review this policy periodically. For more information email directly to niels@niustudio.eu.
